Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there really no charge for using Weekly
Debrief?
That's right. For the duration of the special launch promotion, we're not charging a single cent
for teams wishing to use the Weekly Debrief Technique at weeklydebrief.com. Think of it as a perk
for being a forward-thinking, proactive team!
The Weekly Debrief service will itself become a chargeable service is due course, but only for
new teams wishing to join the system.

2. Can I add as many staff as I want to Weekly Debrief?
Yes you can. Within a single Weekly Debrief account you can add as many staff as you want. Bear
in mind that each week's report will comprise a summary from every team-member, so the more staff
you add the bigger your report will be each week.

3. Can I have multiple Weekly Debrief accounts?
We request that you limit yourself to one account per company during the free promotion. This is
simply so we don't end up with people squatting on accounts for hundreds of companies, then giving
them out after the service becomes chargeable. So, one free account per company.

4. Is the Weekly Debrief Technique simple to apply in practice?
Absolutely - we know this, because we use it ourselves and have done for months on end. The
whole process literally takes about 5 minutes to set up and once completed you'll start getting
reports that same week. You'll immediately start to see the benefit of the system, and once you do
there'll be no looking back.

5. Where does the Weekly Debrief Technique come from?
The Weekly Debrief Technique is the brainchild of founder, Paul Smithson. Having been in
business all his adult life, Paul recognized his own need for a better way of managing teams,
particularly since teams are more and more often geographically dispersed.
The Weekly Debrief system had to be simple to use and understand, and quick to deploy. From
these beginnings came the system now available at weeklydebrief.com.

6. What sort of teams is Weekly Debrief best suited to?
Any teams at all. From global corporations to single-person businesses outsourcing, the Weekly
Debrief technique works just as well. The reason for this is that the technique complements your
existing management process, by simply improving the flow of regular management information from
each member of your team, and automating the presentation of that information to the team
leader.

7. Is the Weekly Debrief system completely automated?
Almost! Most of the information gathering is automated but there is, of course, a requirement on
the team leader to read the reports each week and act upon them. The Weekly Debrief Technique is
designed to complement your existing team management process, not replace it entirely.
